Enchantment Tables

What is the bug: When you try enchanting on a table it says "you must vote once a day to use the enchantment table!." but when you voted on all sites it denies you stil
Where is this bug located: Tried it in my ender base and I don't think it works anywhere else either.
How can we recreate it: Remove the vote to use enchantment table!

Last time I tried to use an enchantment table before voting that day it worked... this was like sometime earlier this month, or last month...
