okay so i've had these thoughts for a while,

so this is how this one started, my mom told me we were going to Cali for a week in July to visit my uncle,  that means i won't be able to get on

-suggestion 1- can we work for some leave in case of emergencies?

This is how this one started-I was in game and this guy just types "N00B" (those are zeros if you can't tell) and i thought it was unfair to players that basically this guy is capitalizing every word, but he doesn't get caps, therefor he abuses the right.

suggestion 2-excessive letters in words that are capped should count as caps total.

#1 As long as a staff member gives reason they are leaving and when they are leaving/returning it it's fine.

#2 If someone is acting like an idiot in chat, you have the right to punish them.
