I can remove tall grass/ flowers using water

What is the bug: at my plot I can use a water bucket to remove/grief the surrounding area of my plot. this could lead to griefing and flooding and I believe is possible to do with lava which means you can burn peoples houses down
Where is this bug located: plot world
How can we recreate it: place water on a plot
