Bailey has his chat opacity low so he  cant see all of the cancer(pretty smart) so he takes a full screen ( to prove no hacks) then he has one of it zoomed in.

As previously stated, he posts both the full screen shot and a cropped/zoomed version because of the chat opacity. You only posted a cropped screenshot originally.
