Balance Dynamic Guard Buffs

1. Is your idea logical? Yes
2. Could it be done easily? Yes
3. Has something like it been done before?  More than Likely
4. Has this idea been suggested before? Not that I know of
5. explain: Guard buffs should be dynamic to how many guards are only...
Ex: 2-1 Guards: Strength III
3-4 Guards: strength II
4-more: Strength
This could fix guards getting seal clubbed by power players who only riot when 1-2 guards are online  and make rioting much more even between the guards and prisoners that are online.

That would be good to have it that way as right now guards can do nothing with how the buffs currently are. Just seems to be tipped into the prisoners way.

No right now it is player count depends on the buffs..... not the amount of guards on at a time. Hence the suggestion.

Before the guard reward buffs were based on how many guards were on. We are aware they are based on players now.

Yes... that's why I said that's how they USED TO WORK. Guard buffs have only worked the way they do now for a month or so. It was just updated in February, it used to depend on how many guards are online.
