What the abuser was doing: TGOutBreak went into the safezone in C while Killah was holding his sword in the safezone and TGOutBreak began counting for Killah's sword so Killah ran out into the pvp area and TGOutBreak continued to count for his sword without following him into the PvP zone, resulting in a false jail.
When this happened: (Include date and timezone): Around 5:58PM EST

Well Killah pulled a sword in a safezone NOT  a pvp area just as i spawned into C, i started to count down asking for the sword then you decided to go around pvp zone, sorry but i can't type and walk...... Maybe if you are luring a guard hold it in a pvp zone? Also for a note the sword was never dropped....  So you are right i did jail him. I didn't see in any rule it said to run after them if they run from where you started to call for the sword. he never moved till i said 5.

You should've unjailed him after the fact instead of denying your mistakes and not unjailing him.

Well you pulled a sword in a safezone, i started to count down asking for the sword then you decided to go around pvp zone, sorry but i can't type and walk...... Maybe if you are luring a guard hold it in a pvp zone? Also for a note the sword was never dropped....  So you are right i did jail him. You don't have to run after him, you just have to be in a pvp zone if he goes into one.

It's a weird situation which is why this is causing a debate. TG, from my experience, you have to run into the PvP zone and continue your countdown.

There is not enough evidence here to prove anything, and even if you ran out while he was counting the chat makes his screen translucent, making it hard for him to see if ran.

Part of your  report 'If you're asking for a contraband and the player is in a PvPzone you must also be in the PvP Zone'. He pulled it in the Safezone and only moved when i started the countdown.  Also going into the PvP zone, no where has that stated that i need to nor did anyone mention it to me so.......

The evidence is in the first screenshot, maybe you should read it because he clearly admits what he did.

Silas said it himself also, b_bob and I have been on the server for multiple years. It was a mistake this time, but for future reference, you have to follow them out.

Again no where did it state this...... Also i know you 2 have been here a while recently unbanned. Now i know to run out if the do maybe add it to the guard rules as it doesn't say nothing there about it.
