Scamming

Just trying to add a little roleplay.
I've noticed that scamming is not allowed on this server. Scamming can be a fun for one person but a bit infuriating for the other. But honestly, I don't think it's something to get mad about. In a real prison there is scamming all the time, and when someone scams you, you beat the shit out of them. This creates a little drama in the prison, making it so others feel like they have to PVP to get their items back. This would turn factions more against each other and raiding more common. But also this also builds trust with other players. Lets say Link is a known scammer, no one is going to go to him to buy things. But Say Durdan isn't a known scammer, people will flock to his shops to buy items.

The point I am trying to say is, scamming should be legal on this server. Unless it is for real life money.
example: If Someone is going to buy you donor for in-game money, then you must give them that money. 

If this option isn't something you guys would want to do, maybe consider an auction plugin. I know that this comes with some added spam. But you could always allow citizens and barons to be the only ones allowed to auction, and just allow general users to bid on the products.

Yes and then those 10 year old whiners leave the server, and then no one has to deal with them.

Here are a few things you should know.

- Nowhere in my reply did I say it made the community "bad".

- If I scammed you, the most likely scenario is that you would never make a deal with me again nor would you trust me.

- Community is defined as the following:  3A. A group of people living in the same place or having a particular characteristic in common.

                                                                3B. A feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals.

- MCP falls into both of those definitions of a community, and I'm not sure about you, but I don't see scamming as being a part of either one of those types of communities.

- Again, this is Minecraft COMMUNITY Prison.

- Scamming was once allowed, it then became a bannable offense because it servers literally no purpose even on a prison server.

- MCP is nowhere near real, nor was it ever intended to be.

Scamming isn't allowed for 2 reasons why I can think of. First, Silas doesn't want
People crying to him every second about how someone got scammed and second, it doesn't help MCP grow, if someone gets scammed then they will be angry and quit the server which isn't good.

It's a prison server, we role play, we have guards, that jail us and take away contraband. Scamming does no harm to a server, it filters out bad shit, lets in good shit.

Also, community members do not disrespect other members/staff.

As for this Greedy, there is a difference between making a deal and having a fight. Trust does not have anything to do with skill whereas PvP does. Everybody who plays here knows there is a chance that you will be killed when you enter a PvP zone. During a trade there should mistrust. Please learn the difference between PvP and a trade.
