Donation Suggestion

I say you should be able to donate roughly 5$ to transfer everything from one of your characters to another. For example... I want all of cougarboy50's stuff to get transferred over to my alternate account. I.e ( Rank,Items,Factions,Money,Plots, and other donation things. )

The thing is that hmm.. I dont get how to explain this.
Example:
A low ranker spends 5$ to transfer ranks/faction/items ect ect but the low ranker doesnt do his alt he doesnt even have a alt and transfers someone elses account to his makinghim with OP things how is this going to work? Passcode? Something similar? I think this will be difficult to try its a eh idea but its up to staff not me.
