Another Suggestion
#1
I try to help out new players whenever they join by telling them to do /vote and showing them around and it usually makes them stay for much longer. I see many other players ignore them and treat them poorly. If many people help new players it would help all the new players that join stay longer. There could be a reward such as five points that could be handed out by a Warden. It could be called a 'Help Token'. If a Guard watches a player help out (could be a fellow guard) they can tell a Warden to give them a Help Token. It would be a motive for other players to help new players. I understand it could be abused so there should be a limit of maybe three Help Tokens per week. Just an idea I came up with in my free time. Btw xxLink helped me with some of the ideas. Sorry if there are any grammatical mistakes.

So you want to reward players for doing something they should do already? If the players do in fact love mcp, as most do claim, then why should they be rewarded for doing something they should do anyways? And god forbid people actually start doing it for these, "help tokens", then there would be races to see who could help them first, pointless arguing over the children, blah blah blah you get the picture. Now if this was added, how would the player that helped this new player get their rewards if all staff are offline? Would they have to screenshot their proof and send it to a warden/Silas?

It's not a beginning at all. Tonight is an ending.

As of now I rarely see other players helping out new players. Many people claim they love MCP like you said but never try to make other players experience better. If Staff were to be offline I would probably say for them to get a few other players that saw tell to a Warden. Sorry I haven't really worked out the details. I am just trying to come up with a solution. Thanks for your opinion.

Not a horrible idea, however execution would be hard as it would likely end in new players/staff being spammed.

However the kind of people who do this stuff in the first place are more likely to be considered for staff.

Ok thanks for your opinion

I would think the player that would join would get spammed because everyone wants the 5 points and it would be too much for the new player so idk
