Free Staff Donation Pack

I was thinking that instead of paychecks Staff could get a free donation pack or at least one discounted with their service as Staff. A Warden could take it away if this player were to be demoted
or resigned. It could make people try harder for Staff or try stay Staff. This is just a suggestion. I have no idea if this would work-just an idea. Thanks-Nate

I like the idea, easier said than done. +1 But I mean it would be cool, also the amount of staff apps will sky rocket , not sure if it would work but as I said +1.
