Erm ok... but what does Fires mean?? Will the prison just start going up in flames? Or like what does that mean? Sorry if I sound stupid here rofl.

a server fire is when a server (and usually, by extension, the server box) starts malfunctioning. I believe the term "fire" came from when the server box started to overheat, and then extended into the actual software contained within, but don't quote the etymology bit

it pretty much means that it starts to shit itself until silas figures out what is wrong with it, and then he'll fix it
