Additional info: The following is quoted from the mod rules, "Using too many caps in a message (3 capitals in unison) = 2 strikes". Also, every time another mod/A-Guard or above is online, they call chat offense for saying "LOL", so if you're going to tell me the rules have changed, then please change them under the mod rules so there is no more confusion. Many people find it very annoying when players type in caps which is why it's one of MCP's rules. This isn't off-topic but, it also isn't about summonhalo it is about the server in general.

I feel like the guards/mods have had a lot of " secret " meetings recently and the prisoners are not informed about them or the rule changes they cause. An example of this is handcuffs, when they were added I had no clue what to expect, I didn't know guards could jail people while fighting them if they have pvp abuse 3. Which is a really big rule change.
Also something I just seen summonhalo do and have seen others do it recently is calling for sword while pvping I didn't know this was allowed or possible. An example of this is, a prisoner attacks a guard with sword and safes, the guard starts to count for it and continues to count for it as the prisoner is pvping them, the guard then jails the prisoner when they are done counting via handcuffs. This is a huge rule change prisoner were not informed about and I've seen summonhalo and skillzsource do this.

The time I was referring to is when a prisoner attacked you and you said, pvp 1 x, sword 5 4 3 2, prisoner x attacked you, you hit him back and said 1, after a while prisoner x safed again and you instantly jailed him with handcuffs for sword with no further countdown.
As far as the pvp abuse goes I've been jailed quite bit while fighting guards, they call pvp3 then when they start to die for example I get them in a corner they handcuff me and say it is for pvp abuse.

Handcuffs was a stupid fucking idea it has made guards lazy take some of the newer ones like Viruss, instead of jailing me for pvp abuse he simply uses the handcuffs I have told him to jail me and he still uses the handcuffs, the guards are just getting lazy
