I know that you guys already said no, but I have an idea on how to fix McMmo.
Perhaps there is a way to disable certain skills like swords, hand, etc. That way it would just give a small boost to the skills that wont effect the server too dramatically.

there is no good part of that plugin, therefore it cannot be fixed.
