Actually, it is quite similar to the /f home before jail glitch. You still can not use commands and stuff but, you can roam around the prison.
The guard can not jail you because, " player is already in jail! "
The person could use this glitch to escape jail and rejoin a riot quickly.
A person could also use this for a pvp abuse jail and be unable to be jailed for 15 minutes. Allowing them to kill whoever whenever they want.
This is quite serious and should be fixed as soon as possible.

Well we could just start temp banning for the 5-15 minutes.

guards can just type in their full ign to jail them while offline. They can throw an extra 5 minutes to the jail time if they want.
