staff applications could get a poll system for +1 -1 system so that people would use the poll instead of posting a +1 -1 reply

- Have any suggested donator packs?
- Events?
- A server that has been running for 2 years?
- Being asking the community about staff promotions?
- Waste our time writing out posts like this?

I think it's more of us not caring/listening to stupid ideas, suggestions, and posts which seem to frequent this forum.

it's not that I don't care what people in the community think, it's that anyone can ask their buddies to go put "+1" on the guard application, so that system has very little value
