What the hacker was doing: Advertising via PM then admitting it in chat as well as telling another player, his friend, to message him the IP again.
When this happened: 3/11/14 3:10pm EST.

Additional info: You may have to check the logs from around 3:00pm-3:15pm EST in order to find out for yourself what they messaged each other.
