I think you should add a fishing area in C for the C blockers to get foood when the cafe isn't serverving. Just a suggestion, deny it if you'd like.

since the cafe serves three times in an hour and guards can give food to starving prisoners, there's really no need. also, fishing is one of the slowest and ineffective ways to get money.

Ahh... I just suggested because
1. I didn't know guards could give food
2. Usually some players hog all the cafe food, I know I did when I was a C blocker Tongue
