Suggestion on 2 things

I have thought about a few things, I know silas really really wants everyone to vote. I think that you should get more prizes from voting and a higher chance of getting the prize. Also I think that Head-Guards, Sr-Guards and Sr-Mods should have to apply for warden. So a warden or owner can accept one of the apps for the next warden and the rest of the guard or mods should stay the same rank. Just an idea that came to mind.
