You should get the plugin fake leave it says you have left the game if you do /faleave and it says  you have joined the game if you do /fajoin i think this would be a good plugin if you dont have it

Do you mean for players? If so, it would just get spammy if everyone did /faleave and /fajoin.

For guards, there wouldn't really be any use for it, as well as for mods. And Wardens have vanish to make themselves invisible.

Well Fake leave acts as if you leave and it says [user] has left the game and not be silent and not say anything
