What is the bug: can teleport out of jail using silas syth or to the escape jail sign using it

Where is this bug located: prison server jail

How can we recreate it: set a teleport location outside the bars get jailed then teleport out

i know the teleporting one was an old one but once you move more then 1-2 blocks you should be put back in automatically.. is it not doing that?
