Will banknotes ever have a chance to be added? It's when you can do /withdraw (amount) and it gives you a piece of paper that says the amount on it and whoever receives it can put it in their own bank account

why add that if people can just /pay others?  I personally wouldn't add it as it would be time and effort not used in a useful way.  Why make things more complicated than they have to be?
