I think that you should be unbanned as this seems he did not know what he was doing. If he was using a mod to give him an advantage that would be unfair to others then yes but I think it would be better to tell him not to use it before banning him. If you can find something that enlarges names and does not let you see people crouching you should ask Silas then use that instead.
