That was the point, these were not things that really deserved a demote, just sarcasm to show that people do things all the time that should "technically" get them demoted, but the wont be because it doesn't matter. No one is at fault for the things I listed, it was merely an example that everyone could technically be called out for something, yet they are all still staff.
