Proof: (insert an image or video here) There's no proof to be had. I'm sure you can check something. Over the course of the past 28 days he has logged on twice for a total of about 10 minutes of playtime. That is to keep his two courtyard plots from going up for sale.
Additional info: Both times he logged on in the past 28 days were only to keep his two plots. I've watched his /seen go up to 13 days twice now, only to be reset shortly after the 13th day. If he isn't already, he should be demoted and his plots should be taken.
