Better use of our admins

I suggest that the rest of the server's admins start helping out with new stuff. This will increase the speed of the project (Hopefully)
Also, recruit more admins or something so we can have 2 working on crates, 1-2 working on bugs 1-2 working on * insert new thing here *. This could be very effective if the admins do what they're suppose to do.
