Well you pulled a sword in a safezone, i started to count down asking for the sword then you decided to go around pvp zone, sorry but i can't type and walk...... I didn't see in any rule it said to run after them if they run from where you started to call for the sword. he never moved till i said 5.
You don't have to run after him, you just have to be in a pvp zone if he goes into one.
