Why scamming should be allowed

The good reason for banning people for scam is probably because lets say your buying 20 sets of p4 for 5mil and you give the guy 5mil and they scam you for it.. That would probably result in that player quitting and never coming back. But I am all for the your allowed to scam again idea, people should start using chest shops to sell then
