Guards should have a faction base

When you are guard, you don't really get access to much things. Like old factions that had spawners and other things in that catigory. The base could have a couple spawners so guards can do something when they are not needed. Also... Some guards ( including me ) do not have donator access so it is really hard to earn any kind or money. There should also be a guard mine, just or the guards that was a little worse than donator.
