#1 clearlag can do that
#2 it already appears 5 seconds before it regrants the effect, due to how it is applied it can't currently be fixed. Will look into though.
#3 the forums are much easier to manage than in game commands.

#7 hacks are much harder to track than you think (innocent until proven guilty)
#8 if the person was in the safezone they would have not died had they not logged off
