"Plots are not for storage"

I was walking into plot wing 1 and saw a sign that said plots aren't for mass storage. I don't this because of the following reasons:

1. Chest keeper's delete items and a therefore not safe to store items in

2. Bases aren't safe places to store stuff because of raiding

3. There are so many bulky storage plots, so all of them would have to be taken down

And you can't fit that many chest in a cell.
