Well ya you did? but whatever, ya thats off topic now? anyway? guards should only be able to run a little bit while in a fight, just enough to get distance to taser, and gapple, and regen. If they do excessive running, they should be demoted.

it's hard to really quantify this rule. "excessive running." How much is "excessive?"
