Silas and the wardens don't really care what the community thinks so eh no.

If we did not care about what the community thinks would we:

- Have a survey?
- Have a suggestions section?
- Have any suggested donator packs?
- Events?
- A server that has been running for 2 years?
- Being asking the community about staff promotions?
- Waste our time writing out posts like this?

I think it's more of us not caring/listening to stupid ideas, suggestions, and posts which seem to frequent this forum.
