No More PVP Hopping!

    I don't PVP much or at all but I see others do it and just before someone gets a kill, the other hides in no PVP areas to heal up only to go back out and repeat. If MCP had a specified area ONLY for PVP with no way to get out unless you use "/warp out" and wait 3 seconds or something like that. then if they move or get hit they don't TP. this may help to stop PVP hoppers as much and make everyone happier. (unless you are dead)  :[
