Not sure how I would do this because this has happened twice with my chest keepers

In this picture there is a bow, on the bow is Unbreaking III, Power III, Punch I, and Infinity I, the name of the bow is Bow of Wolfsblood, this has happened before with another bow but I have no evidence of this bow and I used this bow once and but it in chest keeper and went back a few minutes later and it had disappearing if this could please be fixed and have the bow back it would be greatly appreciated.
