That's a fallacy. You can already get crates and 5 dollar donation credits from crates. They are extremely rare but possible and people still donate for those. I would say you devalue anything worth 5 dollars but it increases the value of crates.
If it was implemented it would have to be even rarer than the five dollar donation credits you can get in crates. What might be a better option is if there was a 10 dollar donation credit in crates. That way you had the freedom to choose what you wanted and perhaps give some more of a reason to buy more crates thus a slight price increase.
It really comes down to the statistics on what is currently selling.

[/quote] Then people will ask for other donor items to be in crates and just make the % lower, no, if you want the donor item on /buy, buy it with real money. Because I can vote 500 times then do a big crate opening and get a couple items they just pulled out of /buy without doing paying for it.
