I don't know the situation as well as others, but Lite should give the money back because it's the right thing to do but "Do the right thing " is not in the rules anywhere. It would be different if it was an item that was dropped and Lite ran up and took it, but this was a mistake from doing 'Tab' in order to send it to lea it sent it to another name with L. So it isn't scamming, it's common sense to read over your message, especially commands that are sending off money. But you guys should not agrue in chat, especially if a new player joined and probably was like "Wow.." And left.
