Guard Perks

So you’re basically saying only Polardog and I get the good shit, fine with me.  Most guards take a break during events so that’s there off duty time.  Also pb64 has a mega and I’m added to it so no point in having a guard mega.  Guard mine, could be interesting if there was a small % chance you get a good bow or sword or something from mining except players would ask to have a chance at getting armor from mining and it would just be annoying.
