also it appears to have something to do with the delay of the warp, as any event that worked like spleef would warp you to last man spectate then the event itself, events that don't work like bullrush/lava survival warp you to the event then last man spectate

Actshully, it was caused by Geonat reloading the server when turning sand to stone during Last Man, last night at about 0430 eastern. It made it so Last Man never actually ended and broke the events for the rest of the night.
