This rule is a shitstorm.  There isn't a way to make everyone happy with this one.

If people can just say he's my brother but really it's just an alt, then that guy is still playing on the server from hacking.

Also girlsrock and I are brother and sister. Even after being in the community so long, we both still have to be held responsible for one another if we get banned.
