Use /christmas until its fixed. Although it might not increase, but will let you know what your playtime is/was.

All the water around the prison has frozen over due to the biome change for snow (I assume), you cannot bypass the piranha's though so this shouldn't be an issue.

I suggest not opening crates until the issue is fixed as you wont get certain items from them

Also the enderchest issue has been fixed.
