What is the bug: You are able to use the vipers bane anywhere even in safe zones
Where is this bug located: Hitting people with the vipers bane
How can we recreate it: Go in a safezone and have someone hit you with a vipers bane

This is a bug with most items right now. Once we set up the safety zones most should be fixed, until now Moderators are to issue temp bans for this offense.
