Auto-Smelt Pickaxe

1. Is your idea logical? I think so
2. Could it be done easily? Not sure, but I hope.
3. Has something like it been done before? Not that I know of!
4. Has this idea been suggested before? Again, not that I know of.

My idea is a pickaxe that auto smelts things. i.e. if you mine an ore like iron or gold, it automatically smelts it and you mine out the ingot, not the ore.

I imagine not just a crappy pickaxe with that ability, but also somewhat enchanted (if not fully enchanted) diamond pickaxe. This would save people lots of coal and having to smelt all your ores.

I hope this idea is possible and if it is, that it hasn't been done before. Hopefully this works out! (I also think this would be a great crate item).
