Silas said to me before that End blocks wouldn't be added (can't recall why) but it does make users either visit the end or allows for users plot shop to make a little $$.

Minerals/ores would have to priced to take into account for fortune.

My opinion is that logs should not be added due to them being required for sickles which kinda makes going out to get them in free a bit more difficult and again helps users with plots shops to either sell sickles or logs themselves.

I don't think end supplies will be sold, costs 10k to go to the end for a reason.
