I got banned becuase my Bro was banned

We are on the same IP and he got banned and the staff on the server right now banned me because they thought I was "Bypassing the ban". I now have  atemp ban for 2 days. Help

I have seen both these players on at same time and have previously spoken to Andy about the other account/his brother. I believe this is not a bypass attempt.

Yeah, both of them were fighting me at C at the same time, so probably just brothers or something.
