My suggestion is that prisoners can bribe a guard not to be jailed. For example a prisoner gets to pvp 3 but doesn't want to go to jail, they do /bribe masterovie 50000. And an alert pops up on the guard screen saying do you want to take the bribe, hit accept if yes or deny if no. If the guard declines the prisoner gets jailed for an extra 5min for attempting to bribe a guard.  And if the guard accepts the prisoner won't be jailed.  However the guard can't ask the prisoner if he wants to bribe him it has to be in the moment, no /msg to see if the prisoner wants to bribe.

Cons: some might say " well what the fuck is the Bail for than?" If the guard does accept he gets money and let's the other person off unlike just paying the 250k to get out of jail.

if this is added favoritism will be a huge factor therefor maybe the least amount you can bribe a guard is 25k.

Bribery happens in real life so I think it would be a good addition. If you have any suggestions on how to make this better or see any problems with it please leave a comment.

Yeah this would be pretty good. The minimum should be like 50k because usually guards won't crack for that.

Favoritism will always be an issue. As guards could easily pay said player bribing them before hand only to turn around and get their money back. Allowing their friends to get off and people they aren't friends with having the jail time/extra time. Not a bad idea but the favoritism is a big factor.

Maybe half of it could go towards the guard faction bank? This way even if you did pay 50k you'd only get 25k back.

None of the money should go to the guard in my opinion, it should all go into the faction bank or where ever Silas decides to send it, as any amount of money guards are likely to abuse the bribe system for their friends.
