I was Pvping him and I was lagging very hard so I safezoned then came back out 25-30 seconds later and got killed

The only reason I'm holding onto the stuff is so if I do have to give it back to you I remember what you had.
It's all in a single chest with your axe, pick, shovel, diamond axe, and your armor.

The screens do not prove that though, you would need video evidence.

[/quote] The screenshots prove me safing in the cafe and running on the table to regen and stop lagging and actually take a sip of Vanilla Coke. Then I came back out and you can see where he tagged me

Ok, but I think I remember something like this where someone safed for like 3 seconds(with video proof), then came right out and the guard still killed him, and it was not 'abuse'.
