Problem: Inactive guards that quickly log on then off to reset /seen
Fix: Implement a system that monitor's players playtime/week and set a quota of hours every week to better keep from inactive guards
Im guessing this is directed toward me since you said I was inactive even when I'm not lol. Still a good suggestion though.

This is actually a great suggestion. This would weed out inactive guards. If someone couldn't be on for a while they could message Silas or a staff member to not get demoted. This would open up more spots for more active guards. riPepperonis 1

Oldest lasting player that isn't a staff member currently
Only issue with this is people who have a life or something other than a block game to deal with. Using myself has an example, I'm currently waiting to move so that means I'm not going to be active as I have to prepare for that ect ect. Obviously I doubt if a reason is given to Silas as to why they are inactive they won't be demoted in this suggestion.

Because everyone is going to to be able to give 4 hours a week, especially if something major comes up, internet loss in the area, moving, major school overload ect.
