Why should we unban you? Because I was not hacking and I do not plan on it in the future. I am not that dumb XD
Additional info: I just started to get back into playing MCP after I took a break from it for a while. Next thing I know I was banned for hacking when I was not even using any hacks in the first place.  I had a ghost client on that I was using in single player to test stuff and I forgot I had it on however none of my hacks were turned on. what I don't understand is why I was partly banned for using PVP hacks when I wasn't even in any PVP area nor was I pvping ever since I got on today. Literally all i was doing today was chatting with people on gen chat and helping newbies rank up cause I was bored.

I am sorry this little mishap happened and I will make sure not to let this happen again. My apologizes, sorry for the misunderstanding.

Dash , countless times you have screenshared me to show me something on skype on MCP , and the only thing I see is "Wurst" on the screen. Then if I ask you to screenshare to see if you are hacking you claim your game crashes.

you can't even get wurst on MC 1.9 as of right now. well technically you can but its a beta version and nothing works. Also talk is cheap. If you can't prove that I hacked then you have no right to report me. On top of that when you do report me you have to make the report on the forums with proof which you did not. Also even if I did have Wurst before, that was before and not now  and saying that I had used it in the past doesn't prove that I used it now.

It may not help my case but without proof I shouldn't be banned. I use clients to test things on single player worlds or servers I help with. I do not intend to use Wurst on MCP or any other client for that matter right now. It would be stupid of me to do so and I would rather not be banned from MCP since it is one of my favorite servers currently. I should also like to point The reason why I know a lot about clients and am up to date on the current status of 1.9 clients is because I am helping one of my friends with his server and we want to test which hacks work and which ones don't so we can better understand how to keep players from using them the best we can. Lastly in case you were wondering my server is not a prison server and we have no intention to sabotage MCP or steal its players as some other players have tried to do previously. We like to think of it as another option, not a direct competitor.

Some people watch the YouTuber " WizardHax "
He is a very popular youtuber that showcases hacked clients for Minecraft, he keeps you up to date on this kind of stuff, I watch this guy too, but I have no intention to hack,

There is some contradicting information in this appeal, but in my opinion, Dash deserves a second chance as he is not an annoyance on the server.

Now I will be honest, Silas is always banning and stressing about how to use common sense. I don't think it is using your common sense by banning somebody without proof. Frankly a2 half the time isn't truthful and his word should not be taken as proof. I think dash should be unbanned, there is no proof and a2 is most likely trying to get back at Dash for something, that's what a2 is like, he holds grudges. Also Silas I don't feel comfortable donating or investing time into MCP if you're just going to ban people off of somebody's possibly faulty word. Best regards.
