Silas really needs to get more serious about his staff, basically if you don't swear multiple times in chat, buy or hand out contraband, or get banned you're not getting demoted. Literally no point in making people read the guard rules

This was clearly favoritism. You called everyone's name for chat offense except the person you are friends with. And for the last picture it just looked like you were to lazy to call anything.
