Black Market

Miner had a pretty good idea in Pub chat today when a few people discovered the black market. He pointed out that if you banned chest shops on plots and allowed them in the black market stalls it would become a much more popular place, especially considering it would be easier for people in prison to get those rather than plots.

We though about it in the past but decided that a lot of people would not like it  and CT plots would lose a lot of there value.
